Our method for custom exercise program design and coaching is simple, effective, fun!

Your first appointment with your trainer is your most important one and what makes Tiger Athletic the best possible training solution for you. Your trainer will lead you through a health questionnaire to check for risk factors associated with cardiovascular, orthopedic, metabolic and pulmonary disorders, your needs and your goals. We employ a “health first” approach to your exercise program design, so that your training is safe, effective and fun!

Your first workout is used  to identify potential areas of injury and to establish exercise intensity.  An exercise program designed around your body, personality and goals is what we regard as the “personal” in personal training.
